Art Talk Groups

Summer Art as Therapy

Therapeutic groups for adults ready to better understand themselves and break emotional patterns that no longer serve them.

This is a small, in-person group experience that uses guided art-making, reflection, and connection to help you explore what is happening beneath familiar patterns.

"There are patterns we carry for years without fully understanding why they keep showing up."

- Art Talk summer group announcement

Create. Connect. Understand the pattern.

  • Guided creative reflection - Art-making becomes a way to slow down, externalize what you are carrying, and notice what is difficult to access through words alone.
  • Pattern awareness - The group is designed for adults who want to better understand the emotional patterns, protective responses, and inner cycles that keep repeating.
  • Connection without performance - You do not need to be an artist. The focus is not making polished work; it is making space for honesty, insight, and shared reflection.
  • Support for change - The work helps you name what no longer serves you and begin practicing new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and your choices.
