The Gallery

About the Gallery

Art Talk is more than just a therapy space—it’s also a gallery, a key part of our vision to connect mental health and art in a meaningful way. Over the past year and a half, we’ve been thrilled to feature a new local artist each month, celebrating community creativity with public exhibitions and open receptions. Now, we’re excited to announce that in 2025, our gallery experience will transform to deepen our commitment to art as a catalyst for self-discovery and mental health awareness.

Whats to come

Art Talk will shift from monthly shows to quarterly, theme-based exhibits, focusing on expressionist and contemporary art. Each exhibit will explore therapeutic and mental health themes, chosen to inspire introspection, spark conversations, and foster connection. These quarterly exhibits will be open calls for artists, inviting them to respond to themes that reflect the human experience and emotional journey. Whether you’re an artist sharing your story or a visitor finding meaning in each piece, we believe that Art is therapeutic for both the creator and the viewer.

Our Exhibits

Each exhibit will be crafted to create an immersive, reflective experience. By centering each show around a mental health theme, we’re transforming the gallery into a space for meaningful conversation, personal reflection, and community engagement. We want Art Talk to feel like a sanctuary—a place where you can engage deeply with art, explore complex emotions, and even find healing in the process.
